Our Cats
Every cat at our rescue has a past, but unfortunately, not all of them had a happy one. Between hoarding situations, feral cat colonies, abandoned kittens, and owner surrenders, we have seen it all. However, thanks to our founder, our volunteers, and our amazing community, these cats have a chance at a new life.
Each of our cats comes spayed/neutered (except for young kittens), microchipped, dewormed, and vaccinated. The adoption fee for fixed cats is $25. For unfixed kittens or cats, the fee is $75; however, you will receive $50 back upon proof of spay/neuter.

Over the past few months, Chonkers has been on an incredible journey of healing and transformation. With patience, care, and a lot of love, he’s been working hard to regain his mobility—and his confidence. Today, he’s a completely different cat. He enjoys playful zoomies, midnight strolls, and interactive playtime. He’s even started making friends with other cats!
Chonkers has a soft spot for cozy beds and will happily curl up beside you for cuddles. He’s also quite the affectionate guy, often giving sweet little “kisses” to show his love.

Popeye’s story started in Wellington, where she was found living outside, trying to fend for herself. A kind couple noticed her and realized something didn’t look quite right with one of her eyes. Concerned, they worked to catch her so they could get her help. After being turned away by a local shelter and rescue, they refused to give up on her — and thankfully, she made her way to us.
It turns out Popeye does have two eyes — one just didn’t fully form. The good news? It doesn’t bother her at all! She’s perfectly comfortable and thriving just the way she is.
Popeye is an older kitten, nearing 1 year old, with so much love and playfulness to share. She can be a little shy when meeting new people, but give her a little patience and she warms up quickly. Today, Sparks is a completely different cat. He now gets along beautifully with both people and other cats. The tough exterior has melted away, revealing a calm, laid-back sweetheart who just wants to feel safe and comfortable.
Sparks does have dry skin with slight eczema on his back, but it’s manageable and doesn’t stop him from living his best cozy life. And he truly is stunning — a gorgeous boy who turns heads wherever he lounges.

Our Working Cats
Our working cat program allows us to ensure that all of our cats have a chance at finding a home.
These cats were born on the street and have not yet been fully domesticated. They would do best in a working role, primarily keeping rodents away. Working cats are fantastic for farms, businesses, and property owners. In return for their fantastic exterminator services, these cats need a safe and comfortable shelter, clean water, and food.
We are continuously working with these cats to gain their trust. We've done it before, and we can do it again. And hopefully one day, every working cat you see here will be able to be adopted out as a normal house kitty.
Drizzt

Drizzt is a handsome black domestic shorthair.
Drizzt came to us as a working cat and is best suited for an environment where he can help with rodent control. He may hiss or bite if scared, so he will need an adopter who is willing to give him time to adjust.
